Welcome
Payment Options for Therapy
Thank you for considering working with me. I know that starting therapy is an important decision, and understanding payment options ahead of time can help make the process feel clearer and less stressful.
Below are the current ways clients may pay for therapy sessions, including insurance, CareCredit, HSA/FSA cards, and private pay.

Insurance
Using Insurance for Therapy:
I am currently in network with many insurance companies and am continuing to update and renew contracts as needed.
Because each insurance plan is different, the best first step is to contact me so we can check whether I am in network with your specific plan and review possible copays, deductibles, or other out-of-pocket costs.

CareCredit
CareCredit Financing.
CareCredit may be an option for clients who want a flexible way to pay for therapy services over time.
You can use the prequalification option to see whether you may qualify without impacting your credit score. This can help you explore payment options before scheduling.

HSA or FSA
Using HSA or FSA Funds
Many clients are able to use a Health Savings Account, also called an HSA, or a Flexible Spending Account, also called an FSA, to pay for therapy.
These accounts allow you to use pre-tax dollars for eligible healthcare expenses, which may include therapy services. You can usually pay with your HSA or FSA card at the time of service.

Private Pay
Cash Payment / Private Pay
Private pay is also available for clients who prefer not to use insurance or who do not have coverage for therapy services.
My current private pay rate is $180 per session.
Private pay can offer more privacy and flexibility, since treatment is not dependent on insurance authorization, diagnosis requirements, or plan limitations.
