EMDR Intensives
Focused Trauma Therapy That Helps You Move Forward
If you have been struggling with trauma, anxiety, or distressing memories, you may feel frustrated by how long traditional therapy can take.
EMDR Intensives offer a more focused approach.
Instead of meeting for one hour each week, we work together in extended sessions that allow your brain to stay engaged in the healing process. This format often helps clients make meaningful progress more quickly.

What is EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a research-supported therapy used to help the brain process difficult experiences and traumatic memories.
When distressing events overwhelm the nervous system, memories can remain stuck and continue to trigger emotional distress. EMDR therapy helps the brain reprocess these experiences so they no longer carry the same intensity.
EMDR therapy is commonly used for:
• Trauma and PTSD
• Anxiety and panic
• Distressing memories
• Negative self-beliefs
• Stress related to relationships or life events
What Is an EMDR Intensive?
An EMDR Intensive is simply EMDR therapy delivered in a concentrated format.
Instead of weekly sessions, we work together for several hours at a time. This allows the therapeutic process to maintain momentum and often leads to deeper progress in a shorter period.
Many clients choose intensives when they want focused trauma therapy and meaningful change.
